Zac Posen is a designer known for dressing celebrities like Katie Homes, Reese Witherspoon and Claire Danes teamed up with Delta Air Lines to design uniforms. Approximatelly 60,000 Delta emplyees will be able to choose from different pieces designed by Zac Posen to mix and match. Dresses, skirts and blazers, coats, shirts and pants all designed by Zac.
Mr. Posen signed on in spring of last year. He said he wanted to do this for Delta for a variety of reasons, from his own love of travel to his belief in the power of a good uniform.
As for Delta, its very first uniforms were produced in 1959 under the guidance of Edith Head, the chief designer for Paramount studio and winner of eight Academy Awards for costume design. In 2006, Richard Tyler designed the current styles, which will be replaced by Mr. Posen’s new look.
"I just want to have dreads," says Willow Smith of her 2015 goals. "I want to embrace my full self, as natural as I can be.
I prefer to have the shoulder as a structure – you see the body in a more natural way.
