A minimalist trend known as 'quiet luxury' and the rise of logo-free fashion are becoming long-lasting trends. While luxury items adorned with highly visible logos have been popular for years, this trend seems to be reaching a saturation point in some markets.

Instead, there is a noticeable shift towards more discreet fashion choices, which reflects changing consumer shopping behaviors that prioritize environmentally friendly fashion and intentional, thoughtful purchases rather than impulsive buying.

A significant increase in online searches is observed for terms like 'quiet luxury,' 'stealth wealth,' and 'old money style,' and compared retailers' purchases during the period from January 1st to May 15th, 2023, with the same period in the previous year according to Joor.

"Joor's latest data confirms the shift towards 'quiet luxury' replacing logos, particularly among retailers based in North America and Europe. While logos still have their place, they are now taking a back seat to a luxurious, unbranded aesthetic that is subtle, understated, and focused on the wearer. The substantial growth in orders and wholesale transaction volume on Joor from renowned 'quiet luxury' brands reaffirms this trend," commented Kristin Savilia, the CEO of Joor, in a statement.
