Where were you born?
Born and raised in Los Angeles. I’ve worked in the fashion industry for about 15 years and been on the styling side for all of it.
In one sentence what is unique about your work?
I start in my client's closets by editing out the bad, keeping the good and reorganizing to make it beautiful. I then reinvent they're wardrobe with refreshing outfits and help them fill in the missing pieces that are best for their body shape, lifestyle, and personality.
Why do you do what you do?
I've always enjoyed fashion and one’s personal style as well as giving advise on what others should be wearing by empowering and making them feel their best. Plus, the closet organizing part fulfills me mentally.
What inspires you?
Street style and fashion from earlier decades and centuries before us. I'm intrigued with how fashion has evolved though out history.
Describe your personal style.
A pinch of edge stirred with a classic twist and incorporating delicate details. I like blending balances together in my outfits, like dressy and casual; masculine and feminine; hard and soft... I can keep going... ;)
Your ultimate must-have.
A strong earring game. I am all about mixing and matching studs for myself and my clients. If you have two or three holes in your ears, it's about wearing the same pair on the same ear. It makes it fun and refreshing. Plus it tops off any causal ensemble.
What superpower would you have and why?
Time traveling, so I can go in the past and meet my ancestors, as well as see what it would be like to live in a fashion trend the first time around.
What is next for you?
I have a busy year ahead with fun projects and I can't wait to see where it leads me.
