The night was filled with countless tributes during Wednesday night game as Kobe Bryant said goodbye to the NBA. Stadium was filled with celebrities and friends of Kobe, who came to see the last game. Kobe, who launched more shots than any other player since the 1984 season won five championships and two NBA Finals MVPs.
““I see all the stuff with ‘Thank You Kobe’,” Bryant said, referring to the countless signs dotted around the building and the city center. “But I see it a bit different. I see it as a chance for me to say thank you and to say goodbye to (the fans). I am looking forward to that.””
