New York Fashion week is over, but there are some things we'll remember for a while. Yes, Marc Jacob's presentation was unique, but the miracle took place at designer Naeem Khan's show when an 11-year old Trinity Moran closed the show. Trinity Moran suffers from a disease called rhabdomyosarcoma. It is rarely found and a very aggressive form of cancer of the soft tissue.

Trinity flew to New York from native Texas few days before the show. It was her first trip. In less than a day designer Naeem Khan created an amazing outfit. Despite serious illness, the girl couldn't wait to get on the podium and walk the runway. Thanks to Make-A-Wish Foundation and designer Naeem Khan, her wish was fulfilled.
