Celebrities step out once again for another charitable event and this time in Venice, Italy. The Grand Palazzo Labia on Saturday hosted world glamour with celebrities and guests dressed by the atelier in vintage gowns. Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Dasha Zhukova, Sienna Miller, Tilda Swinton, Derek Blasberg , Monica Belluci showed up in capes and gowns.

When Maria Grazia Chiur joined Dior as the new artistic director, she understood the important role played by balls in the history of both the House and its founder. For her first show, she turned the Rodin museum gardens into a labyrinth inhabited by the head-turning swirl of her diaphanous dresses.

The event this year, which was themed after a legendary 1951 party thrown by Palazzo Labia’s former owner Charles de Beistegui called the “Ball of the Century”, was filled with performances from dancers, stilt walkers and live music dazzle attendees.

The Tierpolo Ball aimed to raise funds for the restoration of a fresco by artist Giambattista Tiepolo called the Castiga dei Serpenti, as well as the Mauro Codussi-designed staircase Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista.
