Riccardo Tisci is exiting the French fashion house Givenchy after 12 years of holding the title of creative director.
Fall 2017 menswear and Fall 2017 couture were Tisci's final collections for the brand. Effective January 31st, Tisci is no longer with the company. The parting was reportedly "mutual and amicable".
Due to Tisci's exit, one of the best shows, Givenchy won't be staging a runway show this season during Paris Fashion Week.
That's starts the gossip that Tisci is in talks to moving to Versace. Donatella and Riccardo are close friends and the house of Versace reached out to Tisci in the past to join, ahead of its IPO listing.
