Latest news confirms Paolo Riva is set to become Diane von Furstenberg's new CEO.
He is the former VP Apparel and Visual Merchandising at Tory Burch.
"He completely seduced me in the way he sees me, the way he sees the brand, the way he sees the potential and the way he sees the world in disruption," Von Furstenberg told WWD of why she hired Riva. Riva worked previously for Valentino and Salvatore Ferragamo and will join DVF Team come May 18th.

Diane quoted about the success of the company, "A clear goal is key to effective leadership is if you can explain the goal to yourself first, then to your team, you will be on the path to meeting that goal"

Sounds like Diane found the right person for the job. Although Diane does an amazing work connecting emotionally with women of all generations through her dresses, it is time add something more exciting to products. We'll wait to see how it turns out.
