Dismantling myths and legends can only help the industry rise back and thrive fashion and luxury
1. Sustainability is not sustainable if your brand is pushing for higher margins, double-digit growth and increase of volumes lowering the quality of the products
2. Plastic-free is not just possible and claims won't help your brand improve the world
3. It's not money or a fashion career that will make you happy. It's your mental health as a priority
4. Brands are not your life, your life is much more
5. Status comes and goes, not even depending on you. But you are much, much more than your business card
6. The entrepreneurial spirit is not devotedly following company prescriptions even if you know they are, somehow, wrong. It is cultivating yourself as a professional as well as a human being. It means investing in yourself first (and this won't make most of the fashion brands happy)
7. Change is the key driver of life, don't believe those who stare at you and say that you have changed companies too often. It is called a fashion experience.
8. Don't look just for paramount roles. Look for challenges, they will make you more aware and stronger
9. Don't look at yourself as a fashion talent. In real life this means nothing.
